Facility Rentals

The Facility Rentals Department coordinates the usage of Surrey School District facilities and grounds when they are used outside of instructional time for both internal district events and external community use. 

The types of events that can be hosted in Surrey School District facilities vary, but typically include; weekly evening bookings, weekend bookings, after school programs (programs starting within 15 minutes of the conclusion of the school day), filming and photography, field rentals, and licensed childcare services. 

If you are interested in submitting a request for rental, create an account through out online booking portal – follow the link here - and submit your application for space a minimum of 15 business days prior to your requested start date.

Our hours of operation are from 8am-4pm Monday to Friday and remain open during Winter, Spring and Summer break. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

Ta'Talu Elementary is not currently open for rental requests. More information on rentals at this site will be provided by email and posted here at a later date.
